Emerging Leader Coaching
Emerging Leader Coaching is designed for those new to professional or personal development. It is ideal for high-potential employees who would benefit from professional self-awareness and skill development which may not be otherwise available in the organization due to managerial time or program constraints.
With EQC’s professional coaching, emphasis is placed on setting the proper foundation for professional growth–filling skill and knowledge gaps in foundational areas such as: knowledge of work styles and the impact of strengths, excesses and triggers in the work environment; effective communication with peers and managers; goal setting and commitment to delivery, quality, and time management. Focus is on awareness and use of tools with self on a consistent basis.
