Mid-Career Coaching is designed for mid-career professionals, those needing focused career planning support, and those who have direct reports or are being groomed for key projects or managerial roles. The coach supports the leader in creating a noticeable difference in how the leader communicates, operates, acts and responds – as well as what forms the basis of their decision making. Coaching is concentrated on supporting the leader in demonstrating consistent and effective use of coaching tools and concepts with self and others on a daily basis Emphasis is on leading by example.
